Belly Classes

Class Information

      Each 60 minute BabyBelly class consists of low-impact aerobics, strength training, core exercises, and stretching. For strength exercises, we use light hand weights, Body Bars, and our very own "BellyBaby". The "BellyBaby" is an 8lb doll that helps expecting moms to prepare for the real deal!  During class, we focus on the muscles used most during and after pregnancy. Each class includes a "Belly Note" that covers important pregnancy related topics. Classes are designed to help you feel "fit and strong, 9 months long!" Modifications are demonstrated for each trimester.
                     
  
   *All participants must have a signed Medical Release Form
returned to the instructor before participating in BabyBelly classes.
