BabyBelly has created a fitness program designed specifically for pregnant women. You will have a great time learning safe and effective exercises designed to keep you "fit and strong, 9 months long"! Meet other expecting moms as you prepare your body for the marathon of motherhood. BabyBelly will help you to love your new and changing BELLY!  All classes are taught by a certified Prenatal Fitness Instructor and follow the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology guidelines.
